How did you come up with the name Pink Comb?
The name of my salon originated from an inside joke with a colleague and friend of mine, Josh (www.joshlynn.com) who observantly used to point out that the combs I used to do wedding hair are always pink. I think you'd agree he has an "eye" for these types of things… Over the years it was an ongoing joke if the "pink comb" was coming to get the bride ready…we even gave my trusty pink comb a gender (a girl of course) and she kind of formed a personality of her own. Waking up at 3:45 AM for early morning weddings makes one a little crazy at times…
Long story short if it wasn't for that pink comb, over the years I wouldn't be able to tell you right now that www.idohairandmake-up.com has does an average of 60 weddings a year since 2001! I needed to put my #1 tool, my comb, on a pedestal, hence being the namesake of my salon. Thank You, Josh!

Yes! We offer both on-site and off-site bridal services. Owner, Michelle Lo Conte prides herself on being a mobile stylist who brings the salon to you!

Do you take walk-in appointments?
Walk-ins are always welcome. However select services require appointments including all bridal services, eyelash extensions and special occasion make-up. These services require our undivided time and attention to get you ready for your special event, and we want to ensure enough time is open for your appointment.
Do you do offer packages for Bachelorette parties?
Yes! We would love to have you start your night with us. We will customize your Bachelorette party package to suit your every need including hair, makeup, nails and more!
